Throughout 2025, 1PointFive employees supported community initiatives across the regions where the company operates. These efforts were driven by employee participation and long-standing partnerships with local organizations focused on education, food security, youth development, environmental stewardship, and public safety. Across West Texas and other regions, community engagement emphasized collaboration, hands-on involvement, and measurable outcomes.

Education and Youth Programs

Education and youth development remained a key focus of 1PointFive’s community engagement in 2025. Across multiple regions, employees supported literacy initiatives, school programs, and youth-focused organizations through both volunteer service and sponsorship.

In West Texas, STRATOS-area efforts contributed to the distribution of 11,082 books to 1,847 students across three schools, supporting early literacy and classroom learning. Additional support included improvements to STEAM learning spaces, sponsorship of technology upgrades and operating support at Boys & Girls Clubs, after-school programming, exhibit construction at children’s museums, and new tutoring spaces at community centers across Texas.

At the Boys & Girls Club of the Permian Basin, volunteer-led improvements created a new STEAM Lab of Learning designed to encourage curiosity and hands-on learning in science, technology, engineering, arts, and math.

Food Security Initiatives

Food security was a major area of volunteer engagement in 2025, with 1PointFive employees supporting food banks and distribution programs across multiple states.

In partnership with the West Texas Food Bank, volunteers sorted and prepared more than 14,000 pounds of food for mobile distribution and assembled 1,270 food boxes during Hunger Action Month. Employees also supported community events such as the Midland Earth Day Festival.

Across other regions, food security efforts included mobile food distributions serving hundreds of households, food sorting and distribution events totaling tens of thousands of pounds of food, and targeted support for senior nutrition programs.

In partnership with the New York Mets, 1PointFive also led a summer food drive that donated more than 8,000 pounds of nonperishable food, equivalent to over 7,000 meals for New Yorkers facing food insecurity.

Environmental Stewardship and Community Spaces

Environmental and community improvement efforts were supported through both volunteer participation and sponsorship throughout the year.

Near the Permian Basin, volunteers planted trees, flowers, and produce at the West Texas Food Bank’s Teaching Butterfly Garden. Along the Texas coast, employees participated in a Coastal Paddle Cleanup with the Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program, collecting 62 bags of litter, removing an estimated 500 pounds of debris, and cleaning nearly five miles of shoreline. 1PointFive also sponsored the construction of a new environmental education facility at the Nueces Delta Preserve.

In Southeast Texas, volunteers planted 70 trees at the Don McLeod Sports Complex in Chambers County through a partnership with the Houston Texans Touchdown for Trees program.

Community Mobility and Public Safety

Employee volunteers also supported initiatives focused on mobility and safety within local communities. Through Wish for Wheels, volunteers helped distribute 391 bicycles to students across seven schools, supporting access to reliable transportation for local children.

In addition, 1PointFive partnered with 12 first responder departments in 2025 to help provide access to essential supplies, training resources, and life-saving equipment, strengthening emergency preparedness and response capabilities in the communities where employees live and work.

Looking Ahead

The community and volunteer efforts completed in 2025 reflect the strength of ongoing partnerships, employee engagement, and a consistent focus on delivering meaningful local impact. As 1PointFive continues to operate across multiple regions, community engagement will remain grounded in collaboration with local organizations and responsiveness to community needs.
